Selected candidates will be required to pass a drug, background and reference screening.

  • Position Responsibilities:

    • Produce working drawings, such as site plans, roof/floor plans, building sections, and exterior elevations.
    • Research codes and other standards as necessary for compliance.
    • Assist in the preparation of studies and reports.
    • Assist with onsite observation of work during C.A. to monitor compliance with Contract Documents.
    • Periodically courier documents locally, as necessary.
    • Organize and maintain project files.

    Position Requirements:

    • Strong work ethis.
    • Strong analytical skills and the desire and ability to tackle complex problems.
    • The ability to clearly communicate architectural issues, verbally and in writing, to audiences with varying technical proficiency.
    • Prompt responsiveness to inquiries from managament, sometimes outside of normal working hours.
    • Desire to continually develop and refine technical knowledge through targeted continuing education.

    Required Skills:

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
    • Possess strong hand drafting skills.
    • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to work in team environment.

    Required Experience:

    • Associate, Bachelor or Masters in Architecture degree.
    • Prior office experience preferred, but not required.
